Totally agree. The challenge and opportunity now is to define what hybrid looks like, because we've only been at it for a few years. You can build culture in hybrid. You can collaborate in hybrid. You can brainstorm in hybrid. And most importantly, you can be more inclusive in a hybrid environment. So the opportunity is to define what that looks like for each or our organizations, and the way to do that is will little experiments over the next five to ten years. This is not a next month thing.
